Our start in the restaurant industry can be traced back to the Fat Tuesday concept. Under a License Agreement with New Orleans Original Daiquiris, we developed this iconic brand in 1984.
Since 1984 the Fat Tuesday brand has grown to over 40 locations world-wide.
Since then we have developed two additional concepts with roots in New Orleans: 90 Degrees West and the N'Orleans Po'Boy Place. These exciting 'staycation' experiences will transport you to the Big Easy each and every visit with their authentic food, music and ambiance.

Culinary Construction Co's latest concept development project has led to partnership's set to launch the next big national chain:
Park & Main (P&M).

P&M is designed to repurpose under-performing, unused and non-revenue generating space as the new Anchor tenant. We are looking for partnerships with developers of Entertainment Zones, Mall properties, and Municipalities.
Some of the concepts below can and will be deployed as part of the P&M program.

Culinary has created two beverage-only concepts. The first is an adult concept called B.A.D.A.S.S. and is best suited for Entertainment Zones with Common Consumption legislation.
The second concept, Drink, is a Build Your Own non-alcoholic beverage station, where you can create customized sodas, sparkling waters, coffee drinks, and even frozen, Icee-like concoctions.
Second generation Yogurt Shops and Ice Cream Parlors are the perfect spaces for this concept. Managers from the Sonic and Starbucks chains are prime candidates for the Managing Partner program.

Three Native American Concepts – Taco Indios, Hornos Bakery - Market, and Native Kitchen and Table are driven by two major strategic elements and multiple points of difference that very few if any other companies can duplicate. Sandwich shops, BYO Pizza concepts, and closed mid-casual chains like Ruby Tuesday are perfect locations.

There are thousands upon thousands of Sports Bars, but only one that has a strategic plan, which will guarantee a large portion of the market share and expansion for years to come.
This concept is a well thought out and robust approach to the standard Movie Exhibition business paradigm. Before this industry goes the way of the Music Industry or big box retailers, they need to re-invent their product offering and approach to the consumer. Epic is the answer! We are seeking
strategic alliances with independent
Multi-Plex Movie Theater operators,
who are currently suffering from the
market conditions brought on by the Pandemic.
Farm-To-Table restaurants are here to stay, as sustainable dinning has taken root nationwide, but few that have a full service market in-house. The real estate aspect of this concept is key: big box retail spaces like Sears or Pier 1 Imports are prime candidates. We are seeking self-motivated Chefs,
who want to be there own boss and act
as an Owner-Operator.
The Build Your Own meal craze is now ubiquitous and crossing over into almost all cuisines. Werks will offer a streamlined and user friendly approach to multiple culinary sectors to differentiate itself from the rest of the pack.
2nd generation sandwich shops, Wrap shops, and small scale salad bars are desired for this concept. Former Chipotle, Moes, or Subway managers fit the desired Owner-Operator profile for this concept.
One key real estate play makes this concept ripe for expansion. Couple that with a truly fun “staycation†approach to doing business and you have the perfect mid-casual dining experience for just about any town or neighborhood.
Former mid casual chain operators, such as, Landry's, Papadeaux's, Famous Daves, and Bonefish Grill fit the profile we are looking for
Only Culinary Construction Co. will integrate a retail component into the very fiber of each of its concepts, therefore capturing much more than t-shirt sales.

Culinary will make an effort to incorporate educational and cultural components into the entertainment elements of its concepts.
