Culinary Construction Co., LLC is seeking qualified Managing Partners for each of its concepts.
The Culinary Profit-Share Employee Incentive program is the most aggressive employee rewards program we could conceive of: The Managing Partner and his employees are treated as shared income partners from all proceeds derived from the Licensed units. The fruits of their labors will directly impact their income.
The Managing Partner team will be acting as the Corporate personnel and the on-site management team for the company owned prototype units. They will be tasked with the day-to-day operations, marketing and administration of the prototype units, as well as, the development of systems, recipes and manuals for system wide implementation via the Franchise training and support programs.
The Managing Partner must have multi-unit experience in the specific industry segment that the concept represents.
