The Culinary strategy for expansion is to target 2^nd generation restaurant, movie theater’s and/or big box retail spaces, which have the Fixture, Furnishing and Equipment package partially or fully intact. Culinary is primarily targeting failed or troubled franchise or chain concepts, which can be easily retrofitted for a new and better concept.  Some examples are as follow:
